ABOUT LEXIE

After discovering the healing power of Yoga and Mindfulness, I traveled to Rishikesh, India to train as a Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga and Meditation Instructor in 2016. When I returned home to New Jersey, I began teaching physical therapy patients and beginners of every level.

I furthered my education in the healing energy arts by becoming a Certified Reiki Practitioner in 2017, a Children’s Yoga Instructor in 2018, and a Prenatal Yoga Instructor in 2019. I have taught children in many different settings and enjoy challenging them to discover the power of mindfulness and movement. I have a deep love of caring for expecting mothers through mindful connection to the body and breath during the magical time of pregnancy.

Throughout the events of 2020, I learned the importance and power of Restorative & Trauma Informed Yoga to facilitate psychological and physical renewal in a compassionate and gentle manner. I was inspired by my own postnatal experience to learn about Pelvic Floor Yoga and continue to use this in aiding women in their postpartum journey.

In addition to offering these services, I host Moon Circles and Events to create a sacred space for inner healing and supportive connection to ourselves as well as others. I am passionate about helping others of all ages and abilities in any way I can while finding creative ways to blend my trainings, talents, and passions.

With a grateful heart, I offer these services to those who seek assistance in restoring balance in their body, mind, and life.
